About
Inmolegal Express was founded in 2004 on a simple idea: the most important property decisions in a person's life should not be made without in-house legal counsel. Twenty years later we still operate under that same principle.
In Tenerife, as in any island market, buying property combines legal, financial and administrative variables that rarely get coordinated outside a law firm. Our firm brings them together. When you sign with us, you sign with a team that talks to itself — not with three providers emailing each other.
We work in Spanish and English, serve local clients and expatriates, and operate from the north of Tenerife with a focus on the municipalities of Icod de los Vinos, La Laguna, Garachico, Puerto de la Cruz and Tacoronte. We know the planning, the notarial practice and the real timelines of every transaction on the island.

We stay with you for twelve months after signing. If something goes wrong with the mortgage, the utilities or the registry, you still have our phone number.
